I don't know how long this kind of vase was produced....
should be poschinger's fleur vase but is it art nouveau or just inspired?

Hard to tell without actually handling it
but I'd go for around the year 2000

it is not in the 2000 catalogue and may be older - or more recent.

i've seen one these attr. as made around 1900-1910 in a shop called dragon fly or nouveau glass...
who knows if thats it
