Beer mug full of daft Scandinavian? humour.  The bottom is finished to a breathtaking standard so I'm thinking quality maker.

I think there has been a question about these tankards before Ivo, I can not find the topic at the moment and as far as I remember it was not resolved.

It was resolved on a Scandinavian discussion board on a thread discussing Hoglund (it's not his)  - I will try and find the thread Ivo

Bengt Edenfalk for Skruf

A pic of one of the mugs is on page 9 of this thread I think and the id is given on page 10

rather irritatingly there is no reference for the id though and I've just spotted these for sale on ebay apparently designed by Lars Hellsten for Skruf.
So possibly Skruf...but possibly Lars Hellsten or Bengt Edenfalk then  :-\

;D fabulous - nice to see a good name to this piece... thank you for being so brilliant. I have a Skruf bottle vase in exactly the same colour green which is signed Hellsten which makes the latter attribution quite likely - but I'll keep the alternative in mind.

The Hoglund pictures in the Precisensan thread are all utterly amazing.
