Checking for confirmation - found this eBay 300746379504 as well as a few good threads here (link to Whitefriars.com) that have helped.

This vase and range is fully documented as Karlovarske on the Jindrich Parik website with pattern numbers,

Yes - but I can't find Karlovarske on Jindrich's site. I have been on it for an hour looking through 'glassmakers'. An excellent site, I just can't navigate it, which will be down to my inexperience with the site.
