Czech? Footed Powder Bowl

It's quite possible I missed this one too, but I have looked through the website & mystery gallery.  If you have any ideas I'd be grateful.  There is the possibility that it's actually a sugar bowl of course, but I don't see why the knob on top would be so big, especially with it's diddy little feet.

Measures 15cm tall and 11.5cm diameter.
