Looks like Kralik et al in style but am unsure. The vase measures a tad over 18cm tall and the base is flat.

Or Welz maybe,without looking on Craigs site I seem to remember a Welz piece with that 'zig-zag' patterning,I'll go and look ;D ;D

It does have some similarities with these

the zigzagging doesn't look quite the same and the shape is obviously dimpled.
