Vase With Scenic Band

Probably tough to attribute but I do not think its U.S. as the glass is 3/8 thick, ground flat rim, pressed blank, base is non-discript simply slightly concave with no pontil, seems to be a woodland scene with women, heavy & 11 1/2" height with 7 1/2" diameter. Thought maybe 4s or 50s Czech, but thought here was the only place to see what the possibilities may be. Appreciate everyone taking a look. Ken
