Victorian Antique mystery glass piece ? anyone help

Picked up this piece of intriguing glass recently and would love to know what it actually is and how old , I am guessing its Victorian and could be a pinch vase or nappy vase of some sort ?

Should have added size !! ::)

Approx 10cm high and 10cm at widest point , the glass has a very aged yellowing look with pressed glass seams apparent.
