trying to discern sig( M. T???..), but to no avail. thnx for looking.

Your pictures don't blow up enough (you need to resize a high res picture so that the longest dimension is 700 pixels) and we need a shot without light reflections on it. The date is 1998 though. A picture of the whole thing would help too please.
