Czech Art Deco Geometric Smoke Glass Bowl - Info Needed

I was thrilled to find this piece at a local flea market.  I've found nothing similar on the internet.  Could somebody help me to identify the maker, designer and approximate years of production?

Charles, stoelzle hermanova I believe. it should be in newhall data base which is out of reach here in hongkong at present  :)
