Clear glass vase with opal clouds and black lace

An intriguing piece unlike anything I have seen before. The shape suggests Italy. Ny help welcomed. 10 inches tall with tha hint of what might be a pontil scar.

I think I have seen the same shape and pattern but in different colours before, perhaps Empoli?

Googling 'vb opaline florence' throws up some vaguely similar, might be worth searching the board.

The shape does look like theirs. I've not seen this type of decor before, though. Interesting.
