small red bowl - vasart?

a small bowl with red orange enamels and air bubbles jumped at me in Edinburgh yesterday, and I recognised the bottom treatment with the raised pontil. Are we talking Vasart?

It looks to me like the Vasart bowl (B011), which is on Franks site.
