Can anyone tell me if this is anything special at all? I assume not! But you never know. Its 35cmx35cm Thick glass. Thanks guys n Gals.

I cannot find any markings/signatures etc on the plate.

The pattern looks a bit like window pane glass - my local glazier has a kiln and makes some nice slumped wares. Are there two layers of glass fused together?
