Can't help with the id, but Toreador only has one r in it.
Somebody searching for "Toreador" might miss your listing.

I am really more interested about ID ying Czech glass something i have missed out over the years , a percentage of this one is going to a charity shop where it came from but they dont know yet . i have several books on Czech glass but just cant get the hang of it and that bugs me . :( >:( ???

I ain't got the hang of it either, although something about the shape of this doesn't say Kralik or Loetz to me - it a fairly "traditional" sort of shape, I find myself wondering if it could be American or French or Belgian.....
