Hello Everyone. I am new so please forgive me for any errors but please can anyone help identify this beautiful antique glass?

looks as if bowl, stem and foot were made seperately so it is not that old. It also looks as if the foot was finished i  a clapper, making the foot perfectly round and even. I would guess from the construction 1930s through 1950s

Thank you.  :) I suspected it was a cocktail glass but it is very weighty and different to regular cocktail glasses. I was hoping to find out its provenance but I realise this is fairly impossible.
