Kingfisher / Hummingbird bowl
« on: September 10, 2012, 01:07:54 PM »
I found this gorgeous Kingfisher or Humming bird blue glass bowl in a charity shop this morning. I have found it on a number of websites but none know the maker only that its Czech, don't suppose anyone here has any ideas ? :) I think it's a kingfisher not a humming bird....

I think it is currently unidentified and I thought it was a hummingbird.  It has a centrepiece 'frog' that sits in the middle.

I thought Kingfisher because of the shorter beak and the shape of the wing, like the Verlys one

and I found an image of one with the centre piece and the bird is sat on rocks. Would love to find a blue one for my bowl ...have to keep looking in the charity shops. ;D
