Very Heavy Dark Blue Three Pronged Vase
« on: September 11, 2012, 04:07:02 PM »
The vase is very heavy, dark blue in colour with a three pronged effect top, one prong is curled down. The base is clear glass and perfectly flat with no distinguishing marks. Measures 7 3/4 inches(197mm) to the tallest prong.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Your vase was designed by Milan Metelak for Harrachov in c. 1958.  You can find a very similar one in the 1958/3-4 CGR on Jindrich's site: http://www.cs-sklo.cz/

Lovely item.
