In some ways reminiscent of Kralik work, and in other ways not.....  Although I would lean towards Bohemian on the piece, I would not rule out the possibility that it is English.....  The tadpoles specifically do not remind me of Kralik with the coloration..... 

Very interesting piece...  I really like the tadpoles on this one....

Keith I've seen not too dissimilar green stripes on a definite Walsh epergne.   Any chance of bringing it to Cambridge?
