Bought this from a blurred photo hoping at the best it could be Scottish, maybe Murano, fearing now it could be Chinese
The base is well polished.
Any thoughts always appreciated.

It's definitely Chinese but it's an excellent example of their newer better stuff.

Since you can in fact buy the millefiori in bulk on the internet, I suppose it
could
be made just about anywhere!
