Bought this from a blurred photo hoping at the best it could be Scottish, maybe Murano, fearing now it could be Chinese

Bright, cheerful, well formed canes. But I have not seen one like it before.

Thanks Kev, does well formed canes rule out Chinese do you think?
Having said that bright and cheerful could rule it back in then

It's definitely Chinese but it's an excellent example of their newer better stuff.

My opinion is that it is Italian, maybe from around 1970.

Since you can in fact buy the millefiori in bulk on the internet, I suppose it could be made just about anywhere!

Ignoring canes and colour, the construction of the mushroom itself is very like both Wedgwood and Gozo.
