Need Information on Spiked Blue and Green Candy Dish?

Hi,

I have an unusaual looking candy dish it is blue and green it is kind of double layered.  Anyway once again any information would be appreciated.  I have included a side view and an upside down view so the bottom shows.  There are a few scratches on the bottom but that is from use just normal wear and tear.

Have you looked at Murano? - that could well be an avenue worth looking up.

I will check into Murano.  It looks like it was made in the 60's or early 70's what do you think?  I just remember that style from when I was young believe it or not and I am 53 now.  I could be completely wrong about that though.  Thanks for the help!
