I haven't reported to ebay for a while (as my experience was - it's useless). This time I thought I would - only to discover that with their 3-step "definition" of the problem, ebay by now makes it impossible to report such a case of fraud :-X.

For a while eBay had a "Report this Item" link on each page. I guess they were getting too much reporting, so took the link away. Now it is such a hassle to report that few people probably do, especially knowing that eBay is not going to do anything but send a form reply. They leave it up to the buyer to report if they discover they've been ripped off soon enough.
