I haven't reported to ebay for a while (as my experience was - it's useless). This time I thought I would - only to discover that with their 3-step "definition" of the problem, ebay by now makes it impossible to report such a case of fraud :-X.

For a while eBay had a "Report this Item" link on each page. I guess they were getting too much reporting, so took the link away. Now it is such a hassle to report that few people probably do, especially knowing that eBay is not going to do anything but send a form reply. They leave it up to the buyer to report if they discover they've been ripped off soon enough.

"Why don't you bother off and mind your own bothery business you person."

;D ;D ;D  Well, I don't know about anybody else, but I really like that translation!  I am definitely going to use that response next time someone annoys me!  ;D

He has posted my advice in the advert.  Enough people get in touch, perhaps it gets through. I love the revised title of the advert! Yeh!

PS. I vote for up the Canaries (let's leave that ambiguous), being a genuine - I used to watch them - MUFC supporter!

Looks like they may have listened, they ended the auction early.
