Had this ages and still no nearer finding the maker any thoughts on the signature would be great, more photos in the link, thanks Chris

I suspect it's student made. They might be copying Mtarfa or Phoenician, but that stopper is far too crude to be by one of them.

I have a Jangles (Scotland) perfume, and its a bit wonky - see the stopper http://s1173.photobucket.com/albums/r593/adamp20/British%20Glass/?action=view&current=IMG_1955.jpg and that is a studio glass house! Not comparing, just your stopper reminded me.
