Salamander weight ID?

Is this weight murano or is it chinese??

These Salamander or Lizard type weights were made specially for the British Heart Foundation and sold exclusively in their shops for £4.99 some ten or tweleve years ago and yes - they are Chinese so the quality varies tremendously. Some I have seen are terrible with the lizard squashed or deformed whereas others are very nice.
