Unknown Nappy Dish? One for Pam

Unknown pattern which I have never come across before.  Could it be what the Americans call a nappy dish or possibly a soup bowl.  Despite trawling through Pam's site, cannot find it  ???

Hi,

I've had examples of this pattern in opalescent before, also in uranium green. Yours looks like the small size, sometimes found in a 1+6 set. I haven't found it in a catalogue yet, but the opalescence looked very much like S. Reich's , so I'd be looking in that direction first.

Steven

Blimey, I can see more of the design on your piece, in fact if I am not mistaken I can see the head of a bird ?  I much prefer yours.  Thanks I initially thought German and have been ploughing through Pam's site, but after seeing yours I am sorta thinking French?
