not 100% but i'm sure it could be an early Barovier & Toso piece.. quite a big piece measuring 10.5" high but very light in weight

I don't know who made it, Ray. The rim reminds me of work that was done by AVeM. Because of this and the flower on each side of the vase, AVeM would be my first guess. AVeM did many vessels that had flowers or some other decoration placed like this.

There are so many glassmakers producing similar pieces.
For example Componenti Donà produce(d) them.
Fornace Mattiello too.
Both of them produced for the Gabbiani brand.
It is a very classic piece, impossible to identify a specific producer imho.
