tiny glass cup, any ideas for use or maker please

have been pondering this for a while, I had 4 although one is damaged so assume came as a set -  what would it have been used for?

Turkish coffee? am stuck on this one.

Thats a 10p piece for scale (not much help if you're outside the  UK, sorry)

remnants of gold decoration, ground base, 4cm wide x 4.25 high weighs 35g

I think they came in liqueur sets. I would guess Bohemian/Czech. i have something similar

It is for Schnaps - nothing voluminous or things with eggs (brrr).  It is Czech or German. Christine yours is French for certain, by Portieux.
