Topic: Yellow Glass bowl Anyone know maker Please ?

Here we have a nice large Yellow glass bowl with hand painted flowers and foliage around it .Measures 9" or 23cm diameter by 3.25" or just over 8cm high and weighs aprox 700g.Age related wear on the pedestal base.
Reminds me of a Goupy vase i once had. Any ideas please ?

Love that! Is the yellow inside the bowl mottled?  and can we have a very clear close up of the painting or enameling on the side please and one of the rim and the decoration on it?
