Colin,

You can send attachments by emailing (via the website www.chanceglass.net)  or info [at] chanceglass [dot] net

Just change to the symbol, remove brackets and close gaps. Real email addresses are not advisable on an open forum, so I hope you understand the caution.

Many thanks.

Company is now called B & S Glass Industries and they have a website here: http://mekoit.com/portfolio/bands/aboutus.html - they now seem to specialise in architectural glass. The B&S stands for Brian and Shirley, even though Brian has sold out and retired by Shirley still works part time with her daughter and son in law. It is on an industrial estate at Wadesmill, near Ware.

Are these the producers of the black on white image promo/souvenir stuff like these?    http://yobunny.org.uk/gallery1/displayimage.php?pos=-858 which are printed onto clear glass.

I have quite a few of these and they are different to those I suspect are Chance, like this boxed example on opal flashed glass:    http://yobunny.org.uk/gallery1/displayimage.php?pos=-1095

Interesting - these 'City' trays are often mistaken for being made by Chance Brothers.

They look very much to be from the same stable as the Captain Cook ones too.
The glass is thicker than Chance.
Christine has images, showing a gold label on the back of one of those.

It came with a leaflet.
