Vase with purple rim and turquoise decor - Murano?

Hi,

anyone ideas about this one? The top rim is gradually purple shaded and there is a tadpole-like
turquoise decor at the base. I seem to remember I´ve seen this decor as a bowl also, but have
no idea about an ID. The base is polished flat.
The vase is ca. 22.5cm / 9 inches tall.

Thank you, John. I was thinking funky 70´s because of the lava-lamp-like effect of
the turquoise drops...  ;D

Doesn't help much, because many of their attributions are questionable or simply wrong, but >> here is a similar vase on the von Zezschwitz auction site...
