this weight
does not look at all like Baccarat to me.

Hi Sach,
I would guess modern Baccarat (mid-1960), myself. The early weights did not even have an etched mark.
But I could be wrong.

I agree with SophieB - it looks like one of the low end modern Baccarat concentrics sold in the 1960s.
