Pretty sure this is Dartington. It's not in Mark Hills book but there is a similar textured tall squared vase on page 25. Clear glass with textured sides, 3.5 " high.

I'm pretty sure it is.
I have a square one, I've had it since the mid-'70s. I think it is in the catalogues, John did give me a link once...
