 HI ,
           Cant see a problem with a 1790/1810 ish date for glasses like this which are not what I would call fine table ware, the uses i think can be very varied , personally I would not call it a dram but a small wine or as already suggested for port.having said that its probably 200 + yrs old and for that should be admired and!!!!   used   ;D

I feel I have learnt a lot more about glassware of this period - and not bad as I paid 50p for it :o)
