Green Crystal lidded trinket dish ID.

Can anyone tell me the origins of this piece? Age and maker/Location? I know Wedgwood made Green Crystal but I dont know if this is from them. The person I bought it from said it came from New Zealand?

It does Glow under blacklight

What colour does it glow? 30s to 50s Czech seems more likely
