Topic: Large French? vases help id pls

Hello I have two rather large smokey coloured vases.  These are very heavy and I would date them around 1930? large polished out pontil.  Although not really visible in the photo they are wide horizontally ribbed.  Could anyone kindly help id these please.  When I purchased them a fair while back the gentleman did say they were French in origin but I honestly havent a clue.
