Just to add to the Czech/not Czech debate, I've just found this page on the 20thcenturyglass.com website, with three more of the mysterious little critters:

Why so many colours?  Where did they come from?  What are they for?  (They aren't a good shape for a bud vase.)  Why doesn't anyone know for sure???
