Sunflower plate with Blue tinted edging

Don't think this is anything special but it doesn't seem to be an easy find on Google images either - so you never know!

It's 135mm wide and the seed part is quite raised.

Any ideas?

Just a suggestion but I have seen similar by Arcoroc. Similar being he operative word.

I really don't think this is Arcoroc, neither do I think it is Hazel Atlas, so this may end up being a process of elimination.
Have you tried looking through Pamelas Pressglas Pavillion?
