Ashtray ID needed

A large heavy ashtray in clear glass with texture to bottom and applied blue pattern. Wondered if anyone recognises it, could it be Czech - maybe Polish?

Probably barking up the wrong tree, but the blue lines reminds me of Jiri Suhajek's work.
