Hi, welcome to the GMB, this label is found on glass sold by Ikea I believe.  Can we see a pic of the item it's on?

Yep that's the type of bowl I've seen these labels on before, sometimes also with an IKEA barcode on the base.  Still a nice bowl though, very similar to a Holmegaard design.

I've seen it on Portmeirion Glass pieces too.
