Etched makes mark unknown ?

Picked up a lovely vase in a shop today obviously cut lead crystal and had the remnants of an acid etched mark on the underneath very work off but looked like 99 in a circle or maybe gg in a circle , cant see anything matching on the normal sites anyone any ideas ?

hello. :)              Glass travels - this might be from anywhere in Europe, the States, Canada etc., so would like to see some pix if possible, also if you can a close-up of the mark, however work ;D - and please include dimensions.            Take it that you have 'pinged' your bowl and it rings well?
