Gee, that is kinda pretty....

I would not know if modern.  IMHO, maybe it has a bit of age?  Any wear on the bottom at all?  Hard to tell from the photo.

There is a ridge around the bottom which makes it difficult for any wear to show. I wonder if it might be Kralik or similar?
