I am guessing that these bark finish jug and glasses are Italian 1970s. Any ideas yes or no appreciated Thanks John

A bit later but yes, basically correct.  I believe these are Luigi Bormioli.

Not Luigi, but Rocco Bormioli.
Seventies product called Islanda.
Designer Domenico Mazzi.
Technology: Individual Section - pressed blown.

Hi Gab,
thanks for all the phantastic info on Bormioli and Fidenza glass in several threads -- good to learn more about this area!

Excellent info, thanks Gab. I have a set of these which I identified as Bormioli from Ivo's glass fact file A-Z book but I didn't have the designer info or series name.
