11 inches's a lamp base...any idea of age or maker?  ???

This is a tough one. Swans have been made for so long and by so many people. My first thoughts were maybe Barovier & Toso or maybe Seguso AV, but these are just possibilities. Maybe Alex will be along with a better idea of who might have made it. Pretty lamp.
