Help ID vintage glass vases

Hi -- I'm hoping to get some information about these two vases I recently found. They are approximately 11 inches high, with an opening of 5.25 inches and tapering to a base of 3.5 inches. They appear hand painted with no markings. There is a gold rim on both the top and bottom. I am trying to date and identify them. I originally thought they were mid-century, but someone suggested they may be French pre-1920. Any information greatly appreciated!

Mid-century or later almost certainly. Czech is another option, as is Belgian (I think)
