Red rimmed, white base with multi swirls pitcher and 6 glass set
« on: November 01, 2012, 02:31:26 PM »
Another absolutely beautiful item I've discovered in my late grandfathers horde of items. There is so much stuff, but these stuck out to me. They appear to have a thick yellowish/clear glass over the white base and multi colored swirls. I cannot find any marks on any of them. The base is slightly concave and smooth on the glasses, but on the pitcher is has rough areas on the flat part. I haven't had much luck locating what exactly these are because quite honestly I'm not even sure how to word a proper search in order to google some information up. So, please... if you have any input as to what they are or even what this type of glass/art is called, speak up!

I can take more photos if you need to see a certain area or part, just ask.

Thanks so much!

They are Chinese and sold under the Snowflake brand. A search of the board using snowflake will reveal more of the range

That was quick, thanks a bunch. Now I can learn about yet another glass item I've found. :)
