Large Knobbly Green Decanter For ID if Possible Please

Can anyone identify A Green Knobbly Decanter i got today
Stands 12.5 Inches tall and I suspect Scandanavian

Hi Frank

Stopper is all glass
It  is a tight fit . The large globular part is almost at the neck of the decanter . There are no breaks and it is not short
