Large (presumely) Murano centerpiece - attributable?

Hi,

will I be getting any further than most likely Murano with this piece?
Diameter of the bowl is 35 cm. The foot rim is folded under.
Side question: How do you manufacture such a piece without leaving a pontil scar?
