Anita, I don't think it's Ca d'oro, which is the name of a magnificent palace on the Grand Canal.

That is true, David. I thought I would look through and find what Charlie had on Ca d'oro. I had not heard the term before I saw it on a New World Seguso paperweight. I guess Ca stands for casa (house). http://www.fossilfly.com/blog/archives/62
