This paperweight is not exactly round like most of the paperweights.  Was wondering if anyone could identify this one.

My guess from the base of that weight is that it's Chinese, and not very well made either, because the top doesn't meet in one exact centre point.
Women and cats will do as they please,
and men and dogs should get used to the  idea.
