Hi, does anyone know where this was made ? It is domed with a highly polished base. 6.6cm in height. I am having trouble loading pictures  ??? Says file is too large. It is 91 kb ??? will try without first pics or links to follow.

Sorry about the links, it wont let me put the pictures up.

Lustrousstone is correct  -  it is Czechoslovakian.           Mine has a label and reads......'JAFFE ROSE  -  Hand Made in Czechoslovakia'.          It's possible we have an example of this label on the Board's marks and labels section - but I'm not certain. :)

In case the label isn't shown on the Board, here is a pic of the label on my example.

Thanks all. again. I dont usually go for paperweights as it is an absolute minefield. This caught my eye though and came at a cheap price. Really well finished compared to most I see and far far too much chinese glass about. Bit unfair to say that as some chinese glass I have seen is quite nice and some has a real quality about it. Pete
