nice flared rim dish, a neat snapped pontil scar and just above is a sig....can't quite make it out

BAZZI? BALLY? expect is will be as plain as day to someone, hopefully

I think so too.  I've got a clear glass one similar to this.............but can't I find it!    The lettering looks like BAILY to me.  ::).   

Here's a site with a similar one to yours, only with a different stem.  This one is signed Bath, could that be it, I wonder.
